The sale of items from the Golden Swan series will send the children to summer camps
The charity bazaar associated with the series Golden Swan scored a tremendous success on Saturday, April 20, just three weeks before the anticipated finale. A wide range of familiar faces and over six hundred fans of the beloved series gathered at the Art Restaurant Mánes. Guiding the event throughout the day were actresses Kristýna Ryška, Sarah Haváčová, and Šárka Krausová, who, along with TV Nova and Dramedy, were behind the organization of the entire event.
Three women who may not be the best of friends on screen are actually bound by a strong bond of solidarity. During the filming of a shared scene six months ago, an idea was born that has now become a reality. Kristýna Ryška, who portrays the iconic character Irena Kučerová, expressed joy at the amount raised through the auction and sale of props from the Golden Swan, which will go to our organization.
Despite the end of filming and the dismantling of the sets, it was decided to harness the enthusiasm of fans and actors to support charitable efforts. The proceeds amounting to 610,000 CZK will help a foster family and send children from children´s homes to summer camps.
The event also featured musical performances by Petr Stach, Natálie Golovchenko, Marta Dancingerová, Ema Businská, and Jitka Sedláčková. Discussions with the creators of the series offered a closer look into the creative process.
