Volunteers’ consent to personal data processing

1. 2. By sending the form applicant agrees to the personal data processing by association. The provided personal data by applicants will be used for the implementation of the volunteer program for the time necessary for the implementation of the association’s volunteer program. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be revoked at any time.
3. The applicant acknowledges that if he/she requests information about personal data processing the association is obliged to provide this information without undue delay. Candidates for volunteering have the right to access their personal data, to correct or replace them, or to restrict their processing. A person interested in volunteering has the right to object to the processing and has the right to transfer the data to another controller. The volunteer further acknowledges that (i) he/she may ask the association for an explanation, (ii) request the removal of the defective condition, if it is found that the association processes his/her personal data in conflict with the law or his/her privacy policy and (iii) the right to raise a complaint against the personal data processing with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
